How It Works

This device has made me move my upper body/shoulders differently/around my spine more rotationally to keep the light beam going in a straight line vs a rocking motion that had the light beam go outside the target line at the end of my backstroke and at the end of my follow through. This was more of a reverse arc. I would also struggle with short putts and now I see why.
